Paul Marty

Dr. Marty is a Professor in the School of Information in the College of Communication and Information and serves as Associate Vice Provost for Academic Innovation. In this role, he leads the university’s interdisciplinary efforts to bring innovation into educational practice. He provides strategic guidance to the Academic Innovation Committee and oversees initiatives such as Faculty Innovators and Innovation Ambassadors, empowering colleagues to share new approaches to teaching and learning. Through his collaborative leadership across departments and units, Dr. Marty helps drive Florida State University’s commitment to advancing academic innovation.
