Faculty Development & Advancement
The Office of Faculty Development and Advancement leads efforts to recruit and retain top faculty, oversees tenure and promotion processes, supports faculty professional development, and facilitates external recognition of faculty. This work is done in close partnership with deans, department chairs, the FSU Faculty Senate, and university leadership.
