Mr. Harlacher oversees the planning and management of financial and physical resources for the Division of Academic Affairs.  This includes managing budget processes across colleges and academic units, overseeing academic space planning and renovation projects, developing undergraduate and graduate enrollment and tuition revenue projections, and optimizing resource allocations to improve key performance metrics.
