Dr. Taylor leads the university's efforts to recruit, support, and retain world class faculty.  Her office provides guidance for faculty at all stages of their careers, including onboarding and orientation, professional development and networking, annual evaluations, deans and chairs meetings, promotion and tenure processes, recognition and award applications, administrative support for the Faculty Senate, and departmental guidance for academic program planning processes.
