The IMPROVE FSU team leads advancements in institutional excellence through forward-thinking strategic planning and campus-wide data engagement. Through partnerships with faculty, staff, and students, IMPROVE FSU works across four functional pillars to strengthen FSU’s reputation as a preeminent, top Research I university. These pillars are operationalized through implementing offices and initiatives administered by the IMPROVE team:

Facilitating systematic, comprehensive, and data-based planning and evaluation processes focused on enhancing institutional quality and effectiveness.
Publications and Resources
FSU FACT Book
The Florida State University Fact Book provides the most current data available as a general description of the activities of the university. It is produced annually by the Office of Institutional Research and is used to inform strategic, financial, and academic decision-making by university leaders.
FSU STRATEGIC PLAN
The FSU Strategic Plan outlines an ambitious roadmap to elevate the university through expanded research and academic excellence, enhanced student success, a strengthened culture of entrepreneurship, and a unified brand strategy aimed at positioning FSU for national leadership.
VISION 2030 STRATEGIC PLANNING INITIATIVE
Vision 2030 is a university-wide strategic planning initiative led by the Office of the Provost to maximize FSU's excellence by accelerating our recognition as a Top Public University, marketing our distinction among peer research institutions, expanding our impact on communities and industry, and promulgating our culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at FSU.

The Augustus B. Turnbull III Florida State Conference Center is the premier event venue located on the FSU main campus offering hybrid and in‑person meeting spaces supported by an experienced coordination team dedicated to delivering innovative, university‑powered professional development and conferencing solutions.
