The Office of the Vice President for Planning and Programs is responsible for the Academic Programs and Professional Services, International Programs, FSU's Panama City campus, University Libraries and all accreditation activities.

Dr. Robert B. Bradley, Vice President for Planning and Programs, and his staff support activities involving institutional effectiveness and academic learning compacts. Dr. Bradley is chairing the Quality Enhancement Reviews and is a member of the Athletic Board. He also serves as Director of the Institute of Science and Public Affairs.
